Bedroom 3 to 7 situated at the front of the house (furthest from the beach). As they are not in direct sunlight rooms stay cool during the summer months and allows for guests, particularly younger children to sleep away from the noise of the kitchen/living areas.

Amanda’s house in St Leonard’s is beautiful, right on the waterfront with plenty of room for us (5 couples). The kitchen is fantastic for cooking for a large group and the pool had plenty of use! Check in was straightforward and communication was good. Highly recommended.

Great location right on quiet beachfront. Need a car since 2k from St Leonards shops and to explore wineries, local townships, golf courses etc. House has all facilities and ideal for large family or group of friends. Would happily re-book.

A stunning home right on the water! We loved staying here as a group of friends. Huge home and lots of bedrooms, and a view that is amazing to wake up to. Kitchen has everything you need to entertain and the bedrooms were all beautiful!
Location
St Leonards is a beautiful small town on the Bellarine Peninsula. Main street has a pub with large beer garden, fantastically stocked IGA Supermarket and liquor store, several cafes, pizza, fish and chips and chicken shop. The house itself is situated on a quiet strip of beach a couple of km from the main town. At the end of our beach is the local yacht club that often opens its doors on a Sunday in summer for drinks, live music and food trucks.
All within 20 minutes drive is some beautiful small beach towns – Portarlington, Ocean Grove, Queenscliff, Indented Head Point Lonsdale. Many great wineries to choose from for long lunches, several golf courses to choose from. For the kids there is Adventure Park Geelong , Mini Golf in Wallington, various skate parks, beautiful bay and ocean beaches to explore.

These rates are based on 10 guests. If by prior arrangement there are additional guests charge will additional $50 per person per night.
